• Hi guys,

I’d like to have a registration page with a form on it.
In this form there should be an option where you can choose between several workshops (with radio buttons). Every workshop is limited to 30 participants.

If a workshop is fully registered (30 people have chosen this workshop during the registration) there should be the possibilty to automatically disable this option in the form, so noone else has the chance to choose this workshop.

Is there a plugin or another way I can handle this?
I’ve tried several form plugins (Contact Form 7, Caldera, WR ContactForm,…) but I didn’t see this functionality so far.

    Thank you very much.

  • The issue would be after to tie forms with a calendar. For that, you could look at many plugins.

Event management is in itself a big issue, and you could ask a coder/freelancer to make something for you.

After there are just SAAS solutions that would seem better for you if you need ticketing and so on, eventbrite for example – you’ll get all in one if it’s your job with wordpress plugins. (ie i’m not working for them).
