Media Library upload form disappears

    While writing or editing a post, when I got to the Media Library to try to upload a new image (or any other media), the form to select a file to upload does not appear.

    I can only see the “Choose files to upload” button, which does not do anything when I click on it.

    The upload form does appear for a microsecond, but then disappears and is replaced by the “Choose files to upload” button.

    I have successfully used the upload feature in the past, and no server settings that I am aware of have changed since.

    I’ve found a fix for this specific issue.

    I had installed Flash 10 Beta, which is very buggy at the moment. I’ve reverted to Flash 9 and it works fine.
