All statistics not get display

    Hello,

    I am using your plugin in my website. After installation I import CSV file as you suggested. Now I can see visitor log bit not able to see Visitors online,users,guests and bots part but as you showing in your screenshots I am nit able to see The maximum number of visits was –:
    all visits,users,guests,bots and browser. So is there any setting required for same.

    Hi,

    It’s hard to tell why the problem occurs. We can assume that sessions support is disabled on your server.

    Please provide the access credentials to your WordPress admin dashboard (with Administrator’s permissions) and the FTP credentials (host, username, and password), in order to detect the reason and find the solution. Since this data is confidential, maybe, it would be better if you create a private ticket on our support forum (https://support.bestwebsoft.com/).
