change cursor with spinning blue wheel

Hi
When deleting a product, updating shipping method or updating the cart, the cursor changes and a blue spinning wheel appears.
I searched the plugin up and down and also the web resources but couldn’t find any hint to change this behaviour. In previous woocommerce an animated gif was shown. Is there a way to get rid of this blue wheel and show an animated gif of my choice?
