Not able to upload a docx file

  • Dear All,

    I tried to upload a .docx file created through MS-Word in the form created through contact-form-7, the submittting arrows rotates forever and if I open some other page immediately, I see an error “The Connection was reset” in mozilla browser and “No data received” in chrome.

    This happens only .docx file created through MS-Word, the .docx files created through Open Office or WPS Writer are working fine.

    Note:- mime type of .docx file is added with addType command in .htaccess file and also no rewrite rule is written to affect the .docx file type.

    Please help !!
