Change text on PayPal payment page

Hello. Upon form submission, the plugin takes the user to a PayPal payment page. The text label for the price is “Item Price” (see screenshot here: https://imgur.com/a/AgACx). Is there any way to change this text? I would like to use this for donations, so the text “Item Price” is not ideal.
