HUGE IT Lightbox

I recently downloaded HUGE IT Lightbox. The main reason for getting the download was to have a video automatically load when a user lands on the homepage of our website.

I can’t get the plugin to work properly at all. I’ve tried for both images and video and the Lightbox won’t work. Could it be a conflict with the Theme (Avada) being used or maybe other plugins? I’m not that proficient with web development so afraid of trying too many things. Any feedback would be appreciated.
