Categories/Hidden Things Broke

After updating this plugin, my categories broke (wordpress would say there was nothing to show…) when viewing categories. This update also seems to of not keep any prior settings (posts, things that were previously hidden were all set to show). I currently have the plugin disabled at the time and everything is returned to normal. I am running the latest version of PHP and WP.
