How to enable mhchem package in this plugin

As given at https://docs.mathjax.org/en/latest/tex.html, mhchem extension can be enabled in our own configurations by adding following to the extensions array in the TeX block.
TeX: { extensions: ["mhchem.js"] }How can this be done for this plugin? Thanks for any help on this.
