permalinks problem with two domains

Hello to everyone. i have a two languages blog and i am using two different domains. One .com and one .gr for the two languages. When i choose “The language is set from different domains” everything working well but i see all the links next to .com or .gr. If i choose the “The front page url contains the language code instead of the page name or page id” the links disappear as i want but then the pagination of the static front article page is not working. In both languages when you try to go to next article page it appear a link .com/page or .gr/page and a 404 error. i have try everything i could without success. Does anyone have an idea how to solve this problem?
