Variable product swap sale & normal price location

Thanks for that – that filter looks correct but it doesn’t seem to affect the selected variable product price.

When I use the code below it still just alters the price that shows the range of prices E.G. ￡1.99-￡3.99 but not the price that appears when you select a specific variable of a product.

I hope that I’ve got something wrong here, otherwise I’m starting to think it cannot be done without JavaScript – which I’d rather not use.

function tmd_custom_variable_price( $price, $product ) {
	return "test";

add_filter( 'woocommerce_variable_sale_price_html', 'tmd_custom_variable_price', 10, 2 );

Those two things are different. One is a range by default, and one is a specific price. They can’t use the same filter.

I see what you mean now it looks like what I’m trying to achieve can’t be done with hooks but I’ve certainly learnt a few things about how Woocommerce works trying to figure it out and with the code you pointed to showed me how this is displayed.
