Daily visit and register hook awards double points .

Broke my site which has custom gateway fortumo sms payment.
Was ale to get some Freelencer to fix and do another integration at an expensive price.But here is my latest problem
1. I have setup users to get 21 token when they register in hook setting.
When user registers through buddypresss, they get 42 , double the amount set.It works well with the wordpress social Login plugin, the user get the 21 points on registration
2. Daily Visit hook was set to 2, but at every site refresh , it awards another 2 , another refresh another 2 points. Just awarding point at every site refresh
Confused on how to solve.
Any help will be appreciated
