My website isn't showing up in the right place.

I made a quick place holder for my website before I made the real thing with WordPress. I installed WP in the public_html folder. I uploaded the .zip file and extracted it which made the directory path public_html/wordpress. All the files went in that folder which I assumed was okay. My site will show up if I put in mysite/wordpress. But that’s not where I want it. web page is called: sadiesaves.org
Do I need to move all the folders/files under public_html or is it easier to re-install it or is this even my problem? Any help someone might have will be greatly and sincerely appreciated.
