[Plugin:nextgen-gallery] Flash uploader not working on FireFox

  • It was fine just the other day. I’m not sure what messed it up but now the Flash based uploader for NextGen does not work on FireFox 2.0.0.14. Works perfectly fine in IE7 however. I have updated my Flash to the latest as well. Much appreciated if you can help solve this problem.

  • What have you changed ? Have you updated only firefox ? Any error messages during upload ?

    I changed nothing. There used to be an error.

    ERROR HTTP ERROR : imagefilename.jpg 500

    Now it just shows
    0 picture(s) successfully added

    Some users reported the same, but I’m not able to reproduce it. I can offer to check that at your server, if interested please conact me by mail

    I sent you mail, Alex. Could you please check my server? I think that this should be fixed by adding some information to .htaccess

    As feedback : If you enable mod_security (or your hoster) than you can’t use the flash uploader
