Asking to enable free shipping method.

  • Hi,
    I’m trying to use your plugin but the following message appears:

    Plugin WooCommerce Free Shipping needs you to please enable Free Shipping method.

    I only have one shipping zone: Rest of the world, with two shipping methods: free shipping and flat rate. This is working fine, but I don’t know what?s the problem with your plugin.
    What am I missing?

    Thanks for reporting the issue.

    Seems to me that you could be using a new install of WooCommerce 2.6 instead of an upgraded version.

    If so, you can safely ignore the message.

    Next week I shall release an updated version that will fix this particular situation.

    Ops, misunderstood the issue…. :-/

    I assumed the plugin was working, thanks for making clear that it isn’t.

    Well, it’s been more than 5 months and the plugin hasn’t received an update.
    I feel disappointed because the plugin offered an interesting functionality and I really wanted to try it out.
    If someone knows of an alternative, please share.

    There hasn’t been an update since I opened this thread. It looks like this plugin is abandoned.
    If you end up using another plugin with similar functionality, please let me know.

    Sorry about the lack of response.

    The new WC functionality for shipping is much more complex than I expected and on top of that I haven’t had much time to dedicate to this plugin.
