member Upload

  • Hello

    I have been importing users via csv for a while to setup members. Once a member is uploaded they are then searchable within the member directory.

    Since the last update when i upload any users they are not searchable via any of the search fields, i have to manually go into each new member and update their profile for them to appear in the search results.

    I have tested this with 2 different plugins same process so the upload process is not at fault.

    Any ideas please?

    Hello.

    I have to click view profile within the user area, this views the profile on the front end of the website.

    I click the cog icon and then click the tick icon to save and it shows the profile within the selected search fields.
