Not really, no. Anything you post publicly can be taken by anyone who knows how. You’d be better off adding a watermark to your images and ending your audio files with something like “You listened to [thing] from example.com”.

The short version though is that the only thing copy protection ever does effectively is make it hard for people to help you with your site. It doesn’t stop the people who want to obtain your content.
