SOAP function required to activate FedEx Shipping plugin

Get an error message when trying to activate the FedEx Shipping plugin that is supposed to work with WooCommerce. Hosting server provider says they activated on their server but same msg. keeps appearing: Sorry, but you cannot run this plugin, it requires the SOAP support on your server/hosting to function. How do we or our host fix this?
