Animate Widgets in Sliding Panel

I am using GilidPanel, a sliding Panel Plugin. Inside that I have some Textwidgets. I want these widget to be animated when the panel slides in. I should look like on this site: https://csioscorp.com/who-we-are/commitment when you click on “menu”. The chapters of the menu are nicly animated. I tried it with your plugin with “on scroll” and also with “on load”. But nothing happens. Do you have any idea for a workaround.
