Blank iThemes Security Dashboard

After installing, deleting, and reinstalling the iThemes plugin the dashboard is still showing up blank. I can’t even toggle between the block/list dashboard options. Please help as I’m trying to whitelist as IP address for the admin login page. Thanks!
