Hide Disabled Buttons

I’m using this in combination with wholesale pricing. Some of my products have variations only available to wholesale customers. On those products, the variation not available is ‘disabled’ and grayed out. How can I just hide those on the page? I’m guessing css is the answer, but I’m not sure how to target them.
