Not working on iOS and Non-Flash browsers

I have it on my web site at https://SubscribeMe.fm/ask/ . Used to work a loooong time ago, don’t know when it stopped working.

iPhone Safari: Doesn’t work.
I get the message “Your browser doesn’t support Adobe Flash, sorry”

Desktop Firefox latest with Flash disable: Doesn’t work.
I get the message “Your browser doesn’t support Adobe Flash, sorry”

Chrome (latest) desktop: Opens the security dialog: https://screencast.com/t/RTesQNZA – so I guess it should work. Didn’t try. Because if iOS doesn’t work, I don’t really care about desktop.
