Hello, thank you for using YASR!

Reading the testing tool seems like you’ve give a vote of 4.7, but then you didn’t put the shortcode to show this (yasr_overall_rating).

I can only guess that google won’t show that in the serp because you didn’t put that shortcode in the post in the post.

This is just my thought, because even if there are no errors in the snippet tools, google doesn’t guarantee the stars in the search results ??

    Best,
    Dario

    Hello Dudo,

thanks a lot. But I am using the shortcode to give my rating and there is even on so users can add their rating too via YASR. This is placed right under the text:
    https://www.litrafo.com/travel/hotel-belle-mare-plage-auf-mauritius-5/

Do I need to use another/different shortcode?

    Thanks.

YEs, but you’re using the yasr_multiset and yasr_visitor_multiset shortcodes, and these shortcodes doesn’t adds the rich snippet (needed from google to insert the stars in the serp)

The shortcodes that add rich snippets are yasr_overall_rating and yasr_visitor_votes.

You’ve rated (in the editor page, using the metabox in the top right) that post 4.7, but this vote is not displayed in the post. If you insert this shortcode [yasr_overall_rating] you’ll see it.

You can get more info in the settings, just click to “What’s is this” in the “Rich snippet options” section.
