    Hi

    I’m testing the plugin with a fake auction and it seems that the outbid notice email is not always being sent (or is being blocked). If I use a .com or .co.uk email address, then the outbid notice comes through fine. However, if I use a .academy or .ac.uk address nothing is coming through. Are there any settings in the plugin that could be causing this or is it a mailer issue related to our ISP? Does the plugin send the email or pass it on somehow to be sent another way?

    Hi

    After some investigation it seems to be our email server blocking the emails – sorry! With regards to what email address is used to send the outbid and auction closed emails, does the plugin take the user details of the person logged into WordPress?

    Yes, it sends the emails out to the address they specified at signup, since it will be associated to their profile.

    Glad you got the other issue sorted.
