Unable to open my website and login to wpadmin

Hello,
Website : samosastreet.com
I am not able to open my website since yesterday. It gives an error
This site can’t be reached
samosastreet.com took too long to respond.
Search Google for samosa street
ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUTAs per the threads raised by other users, I cleared history, tried logging out https://www.samosastreet.com/wp-login.php?loggedout=true, logged in via https://www.samosastreet.com/wp-login.php. But still same error
Please assist.
