Shortcode works on page but not sidebar

The shortcode works on the following page but does not show in the sidebar widget: https://spectralight.com/company-information/map/

I followed the instructions for using a text widget and then pasting in the shortcode into the widget area but it obviously is not working. I’m using the Twenty Sixteen WordPress theme.
