    Can you give us more details about the error? Do you meet the requirements of the plugin?

    Requirements:

    PHP 5.3 or higher
WordPress 4.4 or higher
WooCommerce 2.4.0 or higher

    Sorry, should have responded to you earlier.

    It turns out that there is nothing wrong with the plugin (it is the best I’ve tried so far ?? ) – but the client had activated another brands plugin at the same time as yours, triggering the fatal error.

    Mark this one resolved – all good!
