Custom "Post To Page" Page

HIya Folks,

Is there a half decent plugin out there that lets you create a custom form to submit content to a page / posts ?

I’d like to create a news section for our website but need to customise some kind of form that makes it as easy as possible for non-techy members to submit a title, image, body text, author as easy as possible.

Any suggestion welcome.
