Disabling wp-login registration

Hello! In designing a website for a residential community, I am trying to set it up so that Ultimate Member and ONLY this plugin handles new user registrations. The new registrations will then be approved or denied by an admin.

I have disabled the “Register” link from the wp-login page, but am still getting random bots registering as users.

Is there a way I can block or delete the wp-login registration page altogether? I cannot disable “Allow anyone to register” setting in WP because it will affect Ultimate Member.

P.S. I do have UM User Roles settings set up so that Admins must accept new registrants, but “bots” are still making their way onto the WP users list.
