Issue loading picture in icon with link on front page of evision corporate theme

I am using the evision corporate theme for my website and I am trying to edit the frontpage. There is a team section and it lets me link to the team members bio pages, but I can’t get the picture to show up in the little circle icon that shows up as the link on the team section on my front page.
If there is a way for me to add into the html code for the page, I can easily add the image that way, but I don’t know how to enter any code for the front page in this theme.

How can i do that? Or how can I easily add a picture into the circle icon??
