Help menu still visible to all users

    Hi,

    Great plugin in many ways but I noticed the wp help menu near the admin bar is still visible to all users, despite me ticking the box to make it invisible to all levels.

    Please can you advise or look into this? It’s such a great plugin and I’d love to keep using it regularly.

    Hi, it’s version 4.6, latest one I believe. Thanks for the swift reply.

    Just make some tests and it perfectly works.
    Are you up to date?
    Are you sure everything is correctly setup in Role page?
    Try with no plugins (except WP Admin UI) and default theme.

    Yes I just checked again and I can see in Global settings that the remove help menu was not ticked, however I’m sure I ticked it before because the options screen was ticked. Anyway, I’ll keep monitoring the settings. Is it possible for the settings to change by themselves if the plugin is deactivated and then activated again?
