US Dollar Format error – Also Display Headder

  • US Dollars – Typed in $5.00 * 5.00 but I get an error – Please match the requested format? This is the correct format, correct?

    Also, How do I get the donation display header to appear above the page like you have on your site?

    In addition, I have DONATION CONFIRMATION TRANSACTION FAILED DONATION HISTORY in the top menu visible on the site? Are they to be there visible to my visitors and how can I get rid of them? Why are they there? I am using the sidebar widget.
