Info Box Lay-out Not Showing/Box Size

Hello,
Email support requests have not been answered, so I’m trying here in case there’s a problem with the other system. I purchased the Pro Add-on.I gave temporary login creds to WP Map representative yesterday CST 2:30 PM. Site hosted by WP Engine.
1) I have Default InfoWindow selected in Advanced Settings, but my image is not showing, nor is any placeholder for the image. When I first configured it, things worked fine. Now list of locations below the map has problems.

3) Info boxes are too big horizontally. I need them to be 50% of current size. Height is good. Current size covers up too many markers.
4) Image size looks good (when it worked) on map, but same image in location listing below map looks pixelated. Need separate image files called for these two areas. Image is a basic logo.
This is a cool plugin, hope we can get this figured out quickly.
