AO only fixes browser caching for autoptimized JS & CSS-files. all of the above are different files. you could change your .htaccess (if you are on Apache) as described here.

(based on the HTML source of your site, Autoptimize isn’t even active?)

I was trying to follow the in-line CSS instructions but the tool isn’t finding the code. I will worry about that later.

I got all of this fixed with the exception of these last 2:

I don’t know how it addresses all the other .js files but not those two

You can’t fix those files as they are not on your server you can ignore them.

identifying critical CSS can be indeed be difficult ..

but glad most of your browser caching issue are fixed and I indeed see autoptimized files now.
