    Hi David

I have noticed an error my website for about a month or two regarding the WPML ‘All Languages’ menu link and MLA.

When I am viewing the Media > Assistant screen and I select ‘All languages’ from the top navigational bar, the menu and the media displayed reverts to English.

The URL seems to be correct ‘https://eupati.staging.wpengine.com/wp-admin/upload.php?page=mla-menu&lang=all’

However the screen only shows media files in the English library.

I can view media in other languages ok just not with the ‘All Languages’.

I have enabled the MLA debug log and nothing is showing up for it.

I switched themes to Twenty15 and that did not fix it.

I also disabled all plugins except for the WPML plugins and MLA and that did not fix it either.

I searched the forums and I cannot see any other support queries about this issue have you had any inquiries from users regarding this issue?

My version of WordPress and all plugins are up to date at the moment.

I have a staging server set up at WPEngine if you have time to troubleshoot?

    Kind regards

    John L

Thank you for your report and for the details of all the work you have put in to finding and resolving the cause.

The “All languages” issue is a defect in the current version of WPML and I have been working with the vendor to correct it. The latest information I have is that they plan to release a fix as part of their upcoming 3.5.1 maintenance release.

I will pass this topic on to them and get an update on their progress. If there is any change in the release plan I will post an update here.

I will leave this topic unresolved until the WPML fix goes out. Thanks for your interest in MLA.

I regret to report that despite my repeated efforts I have been unable to get the WPML developers to fix this problem. I suggest you open a support topic on their site to add your voice to mine:

    WPML English Support

You should include a link to this topic in your report.

I am marking this topic resolved because MLA is working properly and the problem lies within WPML. If a future WPML fix requires work on my part I will respond as quickly as I can. Thanks for your understanding and your patience.

I am happy to report that the WPML developers have fixed the “All languages” problem in their latest 3.8.0 version. Please let me know if you have any trouble after updating to the latest WPML version.
