DON'T SHOW TAX 0%

    Do the order’s have the tax applied to them? Does this happen when all other plugins are disabled?

    Try temporarily switching back to the WordPress Twenty Sixteen Theme, or Storefront, and disable all plugins except for WooCommerce. If that resolves the issue, then slowly re-enable features until you find the one that’s causing the conflict.

    Emails and invoices show it only when taxes are greater than 0 %

    In 0% don’t show.

    Oh, I mis-understood. You want the tax row to show up even when no taxes were applied?

    That may take some customization.

    I want show taxes row when taxes is zero rate, nothing more.

    If this is just happening with invoice plugin, you will need to contact those plugin authors as this forum is only for WooCommerce core support.
