Create custom post, page, tag list grid

Hi there,

I am trying to build a custom grid on a page using the design of the customizr grid. Particulary, I want to create custom tiles in a specific order, which should link dynamically to the latest post, a static page, or a tag page.

Is it possible just to “use” the design of the tiles to insert and link own content, without creating new posts? Or what would be the easiest way to achieve this kind of function?

I have found an older template, which allows you to display specific posts, but as it can only display posts, it is not what I am looking for. But maybe it is possible to build up from that.
