    Hello,

I’m wondering how many strings there are to translate, because I found strings that are not available for translation and therefore still show up in english. But to make sure that perhaps Loco Translate has not added all strings to its template I would like to know from the developers.

I just found a setting in Loco Translate which I did not see before. To skip php files larger than: 100k

    I’ve got now 228 strings.

    The question is:
Are there more than 228 strings to be translatable as of today?

    Hi,
indeed we may be behind with translations on some languages, as we’re receiving translations from our users, and keep on developing more features and screens.

We’re using “Localization” plugin, showing 363 strings to translate.
please let us know what is the language you most need, we’ll see what we can do.

    Thanks

it’s german. To be more precise: “de_DE (formal)”

Hey… I should has understood that for the URL… sorry.
Well, we’ll only be happy if you’d invest the time to translate to German also.
From experience – it does take a couple of hours, but not too bad ??

    Thanks!!

Don’t know what you mean. All parts should be translatable, shouldn’t they?

I believe all strings indeed should be translatable… yes.

Ok. Are these missing strings already present and Loco Translate did not import them or do you have to define those strings yet and they are not available as of yet?

    oh, i thought codestyling-localization is obsolete…
perhaps you could answer a little question prior to this.
Are there php files that hold strings in your plugin that are bigger than 100k?

I made some screenshots of currently untranslatable terms, hope it helps to find the strings easier for you:

    UpiCRM Dashboard
    Lead Management
    Datatypes & Fields
    Email Notifications
    Automatic Lead Management
    User Center

    I see what you mean.
there are some strings that are based on the UI controls we used.
I assume we can translate these as well, it will take some extra work …

Sorry about that… trying to re-use what we can.

    Hello Uri,

I just revisited my testinstall of UpiCRM and there are still strings not available for translation. Available strings for translation: 239. Using Loco Translate plugin.

The provided screenshots above still show untranslatable strings.

Syncing with Loco reports: Already up to date with upicrm.pot

Looking forward receiving the 363-string-version, mentioned above. Could you tell me where to download it?

    yes…

ehm…the pot file has a pot suffix. ??
Please provide the english pot file

    (@upi)

    sorry… I don’t understand… please explain ?
I have always sent the *.po file to contributors… and received the *.mo file.

Best option: you install a plugin called “Localization” on your existing wordPress, where you have a UpiCRM installed.
You can then scan all strings, translate, and send us two files: .PO, .MO files.
    Will you manage it ?

Other option – see attached file … you can edit it here:
    https://localise.biz/free/poeditor
and then send to us… would it work ? .

    thanks again!!
    Uri
