Get or update data in wordpress via mobile app using an API

i searched and found using O auth2 and wp-rest API we can achieve something like this.but my need is not to get post or user data.i have a table used in my plugin to store data of items.via my mobile app i need to get those data and mobile user can update them too if he is logged as an admin.Can such thing be achieved?.IF someone provide me a good guide or resources to follow i’ll be really appreciate.
