Inconsistent Handling of Sample Text in "Other" choice on Radio Buttons

If you create a form that includes a Radio Buttons field that includes the “Other” choice, and uses Conditional Logic that hides that Radio Buttons field until a specific value is chosen in another field within the form, the “Other” sample text does not appear inside of the “other” input.

I have created a sample form at https://www.umw.edu/in/sample-form-page/. This form includes one Radio Buttons field with three choices. Notice that this set of Radio Buttons shows the “Other” sample text inside of the field.

If you select the second choice, a second set of Radio Buttons will appear. On that set of Radio Buttons, the “Other” text doesn’t appear in the field until after you focus on it and then blur out of it.

I can only reproduce this issue when I have the “WCAG 2.0 form fields for Gravity Forms” plugin active; as soon as I deactivate this plugin, the “Other” field begins working as expected. Thanks for looking into this issue.
