Facebook share on ultimate recipe

    Evening all,

    I know this topic has been rehashed time and time again but I have Googled aswell as searched the forum all to no avail…

    I have installed the ultimate recipe plugin but only seem to have an option to share to twitter, I have tried adding another plugin for Facebook sharing but this then shares the entire page not the specific recipe. I have enable sharing/changed recipe templates etc. Nothings working

    Please help

    Hi there,

    Can you give me a link to a recipe with this issue?
    Do you have any other sharing plugins activated at the moment? Or does your theme include sharing features?

    I initially tried with no other plugins when I 1st installed ultimate recipe (only sharing option is twitter). Then I installed some Facebook sharing plugin but as discussed it shares the entire page, not the specific recipe, so thats not an option either.

    I can see all buttons, actually.
    Twitter, Facebook, Google+ and Pinterest are all showing up for me.
    Have you tried in another browser or another computer?

    I’ve tried Google Chrome from both Pc aswell as mobile. The only Facebook option I get is a “Facebook like” option. No Facebook sharing option?

    Are you sure the Facebook share option you’re seeing there isnt just the plugin I installed post ultimate recipe, that shares the whole page not the specific recipe?

    Oh, you’re referring to sharing specifically. The free version only has the like button. Facebook sharing can be enabled in the Template Editor in the Premium plugin.
