Fatal error: Cannot declare class scss_formatter_nested, because the name is alr

    Hi,

    I am nor sure which version I use.
    But I cannot access my site.
    If anyone can help me, I would appreciate very much.
    When I enter my webaddress there is a blank page saying:
    Fatal error: Cannot declare class scss_formatter_nested, because the name is already in use in /home/.sites/376/site7920260/web/blubbblog/wp-content/plugins/responsive-menu/src/app/Mappers/scss.inc.php on line 4326

    TI have absolutely no access to the site, the most I can do is access the web ftp (but I would not know whart to do with it)
    Help?
    Anyone?

    Try manually resetting your plugins (no Dashboard access required). If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

    If that does not resolve the issue, access your server via SFTP or FTP, or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel, navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and rename the directory of your currently active theme. This will force the default theme to activate and hopefully rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).

    I had no idea what to do, but this worked.

    Many many thanks!
    I have not activated the quest plus theme again for I suspect, that it imade all that.
    It occured some times before but I could easily restore the site then.

    SO happy to have the site back! ??
