    Jetpack Mechanic ??

    Each user with publishing privileges on your site will be able to link their own account to their own WordPress.com account, and once they’ve done that, they’ll be able to connect their own Social Media accounts.

    why is it that jetpack is not seen in roles editors like members

    That’s a good question. That’s something we do indeed need to fix. I created an issue here, so we can get this fixed in a future Jetpack release:
