Labelling does not work

    Hi,

    I have just started using the Status Tracking plugin recently and I like it a lot. However, the “Labelling” function does not seem to work properly. I am not able to click in the fields and type as in all other sections of the plugin. This function is really important to us because our website is bilingual.

    From what I understand, the “Labelling” function is not part of the premium function and should work in the basic version of the plugin. Please let me know if it is part of the premium functions and will work once we upgrade because we are willing to do so if we can be sure we can translate the labels.

    Hi Hetteriette,

    We are glad to know you are liking the plugin. As mentioned on the WordPress plugin page, the labelling feature is part of premium features.

    While some users have used the labelling options as a means to translate the front-end, we may suggest you trying plugins that help you build multilangual websites if you haven’t yet. The reason is that the labelling options will only take one String of text, meaning it displays the same text on both translations.
