Super Socializer and AMP pages

  • Hi all, I have a problem with the plugin Super Socializer and AMP pages, the validator.ampproject.org throws these errors repeatedly

    Validation Status: FAIL

    in results filtered to DISALLOWED_HTML

    The attribute ‘super-socializer-data-href’ may not appear in tag ‘div’
    The attribute ‘alt’ may not appear in tag ‘i’
    The tag ‘ss’ is disallowed

    Hi,

    Our plugin is currently not compatible with AMP. You can turn OFF sharing icons on AMP pages by disabling “Enable sharing on AMP pages” option in “Miscellaneous” section at “Super Socializer > Social Sharing” page in admin area.

    Hi, thanks for reply, I was already disabled the option “Enable sharing on AMP pages”

    the version of SS is 7.7.7

    As we mentioned earlier, our plugin is not compatible with AMP. That’s why validator is giving above notification. It doesn’t mean something bad to your website as long as you have disabled sharing on AMP pages (which you have already done).
    So, don’t need to worry. We are working on it.
