Feature Rich and very customizable

Works great on my site and I particularly pleased with the ability to have multiple skype accounts active on the site. We use skype extensively in my company in every department. This will help out a lot.
The programmer is responsive and assures me that he is working diligently on moving the customization into the UI, for all of the non-programmers to use.
