• Not worth the time or hassle. Response on varius help threads for product are all the same blaming the user, when its the programs fault. Basically state in replies to help in the forum that if you get the paid version it will work correctly. I will just wait for woocomerce to fix there image code.

Is that right – 11,000 plus downloads of the FREE lite version and just 13 support request all of the resolved.

Does the Lite Version work – according to you no. If you had taken the time to read the support forums and it would not take you more than a few minutes you would know that the only issues users have is a Theme or plugin conflict – and i might add – they are not conflicts with WooThemes Themes or any theme coded strictly to the WordPress codex.

Test it on the default WordPress theme or any WooThemes Theme and and you’ll see the Free version works beautifully.

But you would rather not know about that would you – you’d just soon ‘dish your dirt’ on what is a fabulous plugin because you are to lazy to try and find out what it is on your site that is causing the conflict.

    Your replies to support questions;

    “Hello www

The support forum here is annoying at times – i did respond to you when you firsts posted this but just look now and its not here.

Is the javascript you are seeing <not divisible by 0> – if so you need to give the thumbnails wight and height – there is a warning about that in the help text next to the thumbnails admin on the Dynamic gallery admin tab.”

    “Hello wpelvis

The reason you are getting that error is because you have set the thumbnails on the gallery to 0 width and 0 height. The Lite Version does not support this.

Deactivating the Gallery Thumbnails is one of just 22 additional gallery settings that are activated by a $12 once only Pro Version License upgrade.

Show thumbnails [ ] Enable thumbnail gallery

    Thanks.”

    “Hi,

Yes – You have changed the gallery thumbnail image wide and Tall to 0. The plugin don’t support that. If you do not want the thumbnails to show on your theme you need to upgrade to the Pro version for that.”

    “Hello fox-didl and dannyfoo

Apparently that’s your default answer to all similar questions even though me and many of the other people who have tried it never set our images to 0 with and 0 height, the plugin is broken and instead of fixing it you ask people to pay $12 dollars for the pro version so it will work. No thank you, I will stick with the stock woo commerce picture manager that works alright until someone comes out with a plugin that works out of the box.

You can ran’t at me all you want only takes a person a moment to look in the support forums to see the truth.

I’m not ranting at you – not once have you asked for support – and not once have you tried to sort out the problem, you just dish dirt on the plugin

i see in your slagging of WooCommerce Dynamic gallery you say that the default WooCommerce product page images are not working on your site

‘Hello” the WooCommerce default images work perfectly unless you are doing one of 2 things

    1. using a Theme that is not WooCommerce Compatible and is not coded to the WordPress codex – because WooCommerce works perfectly on the default WordPress theme because it is pure WordPress codex.

    2. You are using a plugin that is conflicting with the images on the Woocommerce single_product page template.

So the theme you are using won’t show the default Woo image properly yet somehow you expect to be able install a WooCommerce Child plugin that replaces the default Woo images with a Dynamic gallery and it will work fine

How can it when the problem already exists

Have you tested WooCommerce and the Dynamic gallery with the default WordPress theme – like these users are doing – to sort there own problem out.

Obviously not – its just easier to put negative [ expletive deleted ] on the plugin than to try and sort your own problems out.

That’s weird as soon as I disabled your plugin everything went back to working properly. Images look fine and work fine I guess in your mind 1+1 don’t equal 2 maybe that’s why your so intent on blaming everyone else instead of figuring out what in your code is screwed up.

I don’t think your ranting on here helps your cause much, just because you have 11 thousand downloads does not mean anyone is actually using your plugin it is a free trial after all. I feel sorry for the few people you may have actually suckered into paying for the retail version.

Considering everything on my site works well without your plugin installed I don’t know what problems I should be sorting out. I think I fixed all the problems I have ever had by deleting your plugin.

Oh good for you – Sure you deactivated our plugin and it fixed the Woocommerce image problems that you said you where having before you installed the plugin.

    Yes right.

Go away you nasty little anonymous negative person.

I’ve given it some thought and I’ve restored this deleted review. I was the one who deleted it last night, Steve Truman does not have that capability.

Guys? This is not how people have a rational discussion or disagreement. I’m closing this topic but leaving this up.

Notomo whatever you attempted to accomplish, this isn’t the way to do it. It’s just a 1 star review and nothing you’ve posted here is really helpful.

Steve? Sometimes you just have to take a walk and ignore these things. Replying like that doesn’t help either. Honestly.
