Combing WordPress Login method with an external site

  • I’d like to have the WordPress Login/Password field use that info to not only login to WordPress, but a site that is not WordPress. An ASP site that uses access for login.

    This would be for a members only section of documents, that is over 1000 pages and doesn’t need to be moved over to the WordPress server.

    The login/password’s for WordPress can be pre-created to match them on the other server.

    Anywhere to start, or method to do this, would be appreciated. Thank you.
