Fantastic. Needs more options

  • Absolutely love this plugin. I’ve been pulling my hair out trying to look for a plugin with this exact capability.

    The only bad part is that it restricts you to 2 text fields and 2 text areas. Could I get more text fields and text areas and at least 1 dropdown menu?

    Would be willing to pay to get these added features. Once these features are added, I will tweet out the plugin and rate 5 stars.
