Good plug-in, but developer not work as he promised.

  • This is a good WordPress backup plug-in. I have purchased premium support extensions. After I migrated to a VPS hosting, it’s not properly work. Then I ask it from the developer. Now it took almost 5 working days, but still he’s not answering my question. But he advertise he will answer any question with in 24 hours (working days).

    Moreover, after I uninstall and re-installed this plug-in in the same site, it doesn’t show the premium support dialog-box.
